Free legal consultations for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse in Northern Westchester.

The lack of easily accessible services for victims in northern Westchester can result in community organizations becoming the first point of contact for victims of abuse. New Dawn Family Resource Center has partnered with SUNY's Got Your Back program to provide these basic essentials.

Risk Reduction Team

The northern Westchester Risk Reduction Team started at this site. The success of this program has resulted in a countywide expansion. Our location is used for victims who have a high risk of lethality and to train the responding police departments in the assessment of the victims.

Community Education

Opportunities to learn the dynamics of abuse and the resources in Westchester county are available upon request.  Past collaborative presentations have included the Office for Women, One Love, and My Sister's Place among others.
